LNG-FPSO 선박 장비들의 보전활동 지원시스템 개발에 관한 연구

본 연구에서는 LNG-FPSO 선박에 탑재되어 있는 장비들의 운영효율을 최대화하기 위한 상태기반유지보수 활동을 지원하는 보전시스템 개발 결과를 소개하고자 한다. 보전시스템을 개발하기 위해 먼저 상태기반유지보수를 수행할 장비들에 대한 식별을 수행하였고 이들에 대한 속성, 고장사례, 신뢰도 값 등을 수집하였다. 이를 바탕으로 장비들에 대한 상태기반유지보수 활동 지원을 위한 기능검증을 수행할 시제품을 개발하였다.  

In this paper, the maintenance system is developed for LNG-FPSO topside equipment based CBM(Condition Based Maintenance) methodology. First, we defined the user requirements and the application equipment to develop the maintenance system. Second, we collected the equipment information such as property, failure mode, cause, failure rate, reliability value and so on. Finally, we developed the maintenance system prototype to support the maintenance activities for LNG-FPSO topside equipment.
